The cycle, told by the crowd. One pinned crowd carries the four-part cycle: context arrives and it takes the organisation's shape, everyone is interviewed in parallel, answers sort into themes, then a second study runs over the first. Eight-step rail, demos, CEO film, service models and close follow.
- Version BIn review
The engine room. One study travels down an eight-station track as you scroll, changing shape at each step beside its real screenshot. The four-part cycle is a closed loop where people gain a ring each lap; service models compared on one shared year.
- Version CIn review
Figma-faithful. The about frame's order (hero, three claims, clients, CEO film, service models, expert advisors), with every stock image replaced by a dot drawing: 72 lit hours against twelve weeks, a grid of interviews lighting, a question answered by the crowd.
- Version DIn review
The shipped homepage, copy reorganized around the content doc: the same dots study tells the four-part cycle (01–04), then Interview and Explore, the full cycle in days, the eight steps with their sentences, and the CEO film. Opens the site on staging.

Use cases
- Version AIn review
Glyph ledger. The Figma structure, three verticals with three use cases each and See more, where each of the 19 use cases is its own small animated dot diagram instead of a stock photo. Ends with the client ledger.
- Version BIn review
Three audiences, one crowd. One pinned crowd regroups into an organisation, a market, then a membership; pointing at a use case lights the people it is about, with a labelled leader line. Each vertical ends with its practice lead.
- Version CIn review
Switchboard. One screen: audience tabs, the use cases on a rail, and one large dot diagram that re-forms into the selected use case. Opens in place on phones.

The method, drawn. One crowd shows the method in steps: one interview guide, every interview in parallel, identities removed, voices coded the same way, themes. Experts, the Vega Library and data protection follow.
- Version BIn review
The library. The Vega Library first: a featured science-corner entry, a filterable index with dot covers, one figure linking voices to codes to themes, then the experts and data protection.

Among the thousands. The mission beside a breathing crowd where eight named dots are the team; as you scroll they leave the crowd and open into the portraits, then bios, the CEO film and the close.
- Version BIn review
Editorial ledger. The mission set front-page large over a horizon of people; the team as a hairline ledger, leadership then practice leads, each lead beside a small figure of the crowd they listen to.

Perspectives
- Version AIn review
Dot covers. Every post gets a cover drawn from one crowd of dots, re-sorted to show its subject, in place of stock photos; the newest featured large, the rest on a hairline grid. Opens the Clarity Is Kindness article.
- Version BIn review
The index. A newspaper index of date, author, title and dek, with one live figure that re-forms into each post's shape on hover or focus; filters by author. Opens the same article.

Read-mode layout for Clarity Is Kindness: the real post, its cover as the header figure, more perspectives and the close.

Your voice joins. You are one dot apart from the crowd: each completed field brings you closer, the topic re-forms the crowd, and submitting lets you take your place in it, lit and heard.
- Version BIn review
Quiet. Form-first and calm: a horizon of dots under the headline lights one dot per completed field, and a hairline row offers other ways in: a live interview, the Trust Center, LinkedIn.
